Service Description
NOTES: * WCP is not part of MRL, therefore: 1. You will receive separate waivers for both WCP and MRL, please complete both sets. 2. Any gratuity provided to MRL does not encompass WCP. Therefore, please consider showing your appreciation to your guide for their efforts. *Due to the uncontrollable nature of NATURE and the type of service provided, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DEPARTURE TIME. There may be downed trees, issues on the trail, equipment failures or other issues. We do endeavor to leave the lodge by 1pm. IF YOU REQUIRE A SPECIFIC DEPARTURE TIME, PLEASE CONTACT US. Earlier departure times or guaranteed departure times may incur an additional fee. Please do NOT schedule any important meetings or flights etc for your ride out day. While we endeavor to meet time schedules, we cannot guarantee any specific arrival time back to trailhead. We can take up to 4 riders out of MRL each day. (Contact us for larger groups). ** For scheduling a trip within 7 dates of today, PLEASE CALL. PLEASE NOTE OUR MAX WEIGHT & MIN HEIGHT / AGE REQUIREMENTS.

Cancellation Policy
Booking: 50% due to book. 50% due 30day prior to activity. If booking less than 30 days before activity, payment in full is required. Cancellation: Full refund (less any fees incurred by WildCountry) if cancelled at least 45 days before activity. Riding Policy: Max 230 pounds. Children under 15 evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Riders with any physical limitations (i.e., back issues, hip/knee issues etc) require advance approval.
