Jeff, the new owner of the permit (previously known as "Moss Springs Packing") will be doing packing demos throughout the day and demonstrating various knots, hitches and skills - maybe he'll even demo the "Deadman hitch" as shown above!  Bring your questions and try to stump the expert!

An ambassoador from the Wallowa Mountain Hells Canyon Trail Assn will be on hand to answer your questions about their organization, recent improvements they've completed and how you can help!
